GroupeX is a company providing product/service solutions for WorkForce to name a few (Think SAP). They compete directly with big companies like Deloitte.
With this client I was working with the digital agency I founded and also an third-party creative director for design.
GroupeX’s immediate task was to re-establish their web presence and re-work their corporate website. Timing was important since there was an upcoming, important conference.
After working closely with the client to get exactly what they want and need (both of what they were aware of or not), we were able to launch their website with great results and exceeding expectations.
Another aspect that we planned and prepare for was that we (including the client) knew that redesigning the website is just the first step (and also their trial run with my team). With that in mind, we made sure the site was done in a “future-proof” way. This means putting a process in order, making sure we’re using pre-processor tools, making sure all our design and dev efforts are optimized and excellent for Google/SEO or mobile, etc.
Now after all the success and celebrations, the client has decided to continue our business relations and my team is now responsible for ongoing server maintenance and site performance, as well as continuously working with them in marketing campaigns and SEO optimizations (recurring business).
